Semeli Aetheria comes from the area of Aegiale on the Greek island of Amorgos, and where Aegiale is high up in the mountains (about 900m above water).
Semeli Aetheria is a combination of the popular Chardonnay grape and the delicious Malagousia grape, which together give the white wine an aroma of green apples, paprika, ripe pears and carefully selected quality herbs.
All this combined, gives a unique taste experience that takes you on a journey to one of Greece's most beautiful islands!
Can be recommended with fish dishes such as sushi, but also with delicious salads and pasta with seafood.
Recommended temperature for serving is 10-12°C.
