The tasty olive is grown in Northern Greece, where the Aegean Sea, the warm sun and the Greek land create the fine green olives with almonds. The sea and the sun also give this olive a little extra bite, which is an indicator of quality. Chalkidiki is obvious to eat with meze, the Greek version of tapas.
