Which olive oil tastes best?

Olive oil is produced in countries such as Portugal, Greece, Italy and Spain. The difference is the production, which is based on different quality parameters, which, however, can primarily be tasted when the oil is used cold.

What can olive oil be used for?

Olive oil can be used in a multitude of both cold and hot dishes. At the same time, the oil is not reserved for a specific cuisine and can contribute flavor to both Nordic and Southern dishes. Use it as a fat before putting meat or vegetables on the pan, let it be the base of a wonderful vinaigrette or use it over the potatoes before they go in the oven.
