We want it to be easy to do business with us on our website. That is why we have some very simple trading conditions:
You order the goods you want and automatically receive an order confirmation. If individual products should be temporarily sold out, you will receive an email very quickly about when we can deliver.
At Elenas, you can choose to pay in the following ways:
With standard credit card, Paypal account and Bank transfer.
We do not charge a fee for payment by card or other payment methods.
Orders where a credit card or PayPal is used as a payment solution, the money will be withdrawn when the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
If you choose payment by bank transfer, we will send you an invoice as soon as the order is ready for delivery. As soon as payment has been received, the order is dispatched. If this form of payment is used, the order is held for 7 days from the invoice being sent and the order is then automatically canceled if payment has not been received.
On all purchases via the website (except fresh goods), we offer a 14-day full right of cancellation. The only condition is that you return the goods in unopened original packaging at your own expense. If you have already paid for the delivery, the purchase will be refunded in full (but postage deducted). Refunds are made within 2 banking days after we have received the goods back.
Should there be errors or omissions in your order, you have 24 months to advertise to us, which must be done at elenas@elenas.dk or by phone 7023 1201. Please advertise as soon as possible, as our interest lies in solve a possible problem there should be and since we deal in foods that are limited in their shelf life.
As we also sell alcohol on the website, you must be 16 years of age to buy alcohol with an alcohol% of less than 16.5% and be 18 years of age to buy alcohol with an alcohol% of more than 16.5%.

Delivery Denmark:
We have introduced fixed low delivery prices. In Denmark, we deliver all orders regardless of size for only DKK 49 to the nearest parcel shop or directly to the door for DKK 69. All goods are sent with Track & Trace so you can follow the package from the time it leaves us until it arrives at you.
Shipping to private persons under 20 kg. is VAT free.
All prices except shipping are incl. 25% VAT.
