Characteristics: Light, moderate lemon-green color with dense, slowly falling legs.
Moderate to high intensity nose. Ripe, fleshy, white fruit, mineral and citrus.
Dense, full and complex palate with intense flavors of citrus, minerals and seashells. Long finish.
2 Mazi or Dio Mazi as it is called in Greek, is best served with food from the sea on the grill, steamed mussels and raw fish.
