Meltemi is the Greek term for a dry northwesterly wind that blows in summer in the eastern Mediterranean. These winds are known to ancient Greeks as good north winds, as they bring with them cooler weather, low humidity and good visibility.
Ouzo Meltemi is all this in complete harmony of ingredients that emphasize the aromatic taste of anise.
