Irida Sauvignon Blanc is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc that is harvested at the beginning of September and fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks.
The wine has a golden color with green shades. The taste of light peach, exotic fruits launches in the mouth with good acidity and volume and gives a citrusy aftertaste.
Suitable for pastas with white sauce, salads and cheeses.
