In this glass you will find the fantastic Spanish Manzanilla olives!
Manzanilla means little apple, they got this name because they are round, small and firm in the flesh, so they look a bit like a beautiful, green apple!
The taste brings to mind fresh grass, figs and almonds. They have a slight sharpness and bitterness which compliment the flavors well, but all in all it is a mild and sweet olive.
They are perfect as an aperitif before the meal or as an accompaniment to a cold beer or a delicious glass of Spanish white wine. They are also perfect for the tapas table!
These Manzanilla olives are stoned and they are in a normal brine.
