This extra virgin olive oil from La Redonda is made from 100% Arberquina olives, which gives an extremely tasty, mild and fruity oil!
It has notes of almonds, fresh green grass, ripe stone fruits and bananas. It has a very understated sharpness, which nevertheless gives a little personality and edge to the sweet, mild taste. It has virtually no bitterness, and is therefore great for use in its raw state!
Use it as a dressing on salads, as a finish on hot and cold dishes, to dip bread in or for cooking. No matter what you choose to use it for, its lovely, soft properties will be a unique addition!
This oil is available in two sizes, 1 liter and 2.5 liters respectively.
