Nostos Blend is an eco-certified red wine of the varieties: Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache Rouge, Roussanne. A treasure-worthy wine that can be stored for 10-15 years but can also be enjoyed young.

Characteristics: Clear, very dense ruby ​​color with youthful purple notes. Many dense legs cover the glass. Intense nose, complex character with ripe black fruit in excellent balance with oak. Some notes of leather with finesse and freshness. Mouth with volume and ripe tannins in perfect balance with the rich alcohol and good acidity. Complex taste that follows and reflects the aromas. Long finish that accentuates the freshness while maintaining its richness.

Goes well with grilled lamb and red venison as well as hearty stews.

The red varieties Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache are vinified separately in temperature-controlled tanks. Syrah is vinified in oak barrels.
Maceration lasts from 12-25 days depending on the variety. After maceration is
complete, the wine is stored in oak barrels (75% French oak, 25% American oak) where malolactic fermentation takes place and it matures for 10 months. All barrels are bought new and replaced every 4 years. A small amount of Roussanne is added to the mixture, which is fermented and aged in oak.
