It was not long ago that the prevailing opinion was that you could not produce elegant, refreshing, aromatic wines with sharp acidity in the southern Mediterranean region. Nevertheless, in the last 20 years, Greece has almost had a real revolution in the world of wine. The introduction of new technology and know-how created small miracles. Many new, high-quality and exciting wines have emerged, one of which is NOTIOS (Greek for "the southern one").
Notios White is produced from two well-known Greek grape varieties ( Moschofilero and Roditis ) that combine their virtues. Moschofilero from the mountainous vineyards of Arcadia, the wine region that brings fertility and sharp acidity, while Roditis from upland Corinth provides elegance.

Notios White is ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to light meals and delicate taste experiences. Enjoy it at 8-10 degrees Celsius. Good company is always an added bonus!
